On the morning of September 9, the 2026 Private Economy Innovation and Development Conference, themed "Gathering Momentum through Innovation, Empowering the Future", was grandly held at the Wenzhou Garden Expo Park International Conference Center. Zheng Yuanbao, Chairman of PEOPLE Electrical Appliance Group, was invited to attend the conference and visited the "Innovation in Zhejiang, All Things Thrive" Innovation Achievement Exhibition.
Co-hosted by the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce (ACFIC) and the People's Government of Zhejiang Province, the conference brought together more than 600 guests — including leading private entrepreneurs from across the country, renowned experts, and representatives from top scientific research institutions and financial institutions — to discuss paths of innovation and chart new courses for growth. Gao Yunlong, Vice Chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and Chairman of the ACFIC, and Wang Hao, Secretary of the Zhejiang Provincial Party Committee, attended the conference and delivered speeches. Liu Jie, Governor of Zhejiang Province, presided over the conference. Gao Yunlong pointed out that private enterprises should consolidate their industrial foundation and make sustained efforts to strengthen basic research and enhance original innovation capabilities; they should seize the commanding heights of industries, and be bold and pioneering in cultivating future industries and opening up new fields and new tracks.
At the conference, the Report on the Innovation Status of the Top 1000 Private Enterprises in R&D Investment 2026, the Top 500 Private Enterprises in R&D Investment 2026 List, the Top 500 Private Enterprises in Invention Patents List, and a series of cases on private enterprises developing new quality productive forces were officially released. Meanwhile, the "2026 Private Economy Standard Innovation Week" was launched.
With its sustained R&D investment and solid innovation practices, PEOPLE Electrical Appliance Group was included in the Top 500 Private Enterprises in R&D Investment 2026 List, ranking 81st.
