JBK series Lower Voltage Control Transformer – Step Down Transformer With Multiple Output Voltages

The control transformer is mainly applicable to circuits with AC 50Hz (or 60Hz) and voltage of 1000V and below, and can work continuously for a long time under rated load. It is usually used as the control lighting and indicator power supply of electrical appliances in machine tools and mechanical equipment.

Product Introduction

JBK series control transformers are used in low-voltage power distribution systems. Control transformers are named because they are mostly used in control systems. In fact, it is a step-down transformer with multiple output voltages, and can also be used as the power supply for low-voltage lighting, signal lights and indicator lights.

The control transformer works on the principle of electromagnetic induction. The transformer has two sets of wires. Primary and secondary coils. The secondary coil is outside the primary coil. When the primary coil is energized with alternating current, the transformer core generates alternating magnetic field, and the secondary coil generates induced electromotive force. The turn ratio of the Satons transformer coil is equal to the voltage ratio.

Features

1. The capacitive current to ground is small and not enough to cause personal injury.

2. The control transformer uses complete electrical insulation between the primary side and the secondary side, that is, to isolate the circuit

3. It can easily convert the primary voltage to the voltage suitable for the electrical control circuit

JBK series machine tool control transformer is applied to circuit of AC50Hz/60Hz,output voltage up to 660V,as control power-supply of kinds of machine tool and mechannical equipments,Power supply for local ilumination indicator lamp.

This production conforms to standards of JB/T5555.
